Capital Region Water is governed by a five-member, volunteer Board. Board members are appointed by the Mayor of the City of Harrisburg and approved by City Council. Under the Pennsylvania Municipality Authorities Act and Capital Region Water’s Articles of Incorporation and related Bylaws, the Board conducts Authority business. Members recognize their inherent responsibility in operating in the best interest of our community.

Capital Region Water wants you to stay informed about your water system and strongly encourages your participation in decisions that impact your community. If you want to learn more, please attend any of our regularly scheduled meetings.

Capital Region Water’s Board meetings are held at 6:00 p.m. on the fourth Wednesday of every month (except for November and December, when meetings are held on the third Wednesday of the month). All scheduled meetings are open to the public. Board Meetings will typically be held at Capital Region Water’s Administrative Office at 3003 N. Front Street, Harrisburg, PA 17110.

Capital Region Water meeting agendas are posted on our website one day before the meetings to allow the public to view and download to electronic devices or print on their own. Should any modifications be made to the posted Agenda, they will be reflected during the “Modifications or Deletions to the Agenda” portion of the meeting.
