Capital Region Water makes it convenient to pay your monthly bill from anywhere. Options for bill pay are as follows:

Automatic Bill Pay

Sign up to pay your monthly bill automatically with your bank account—with no additional fee. You will still receive a monthly invoice to keep you informed about your water usage.

Customer Portal and E-Billing

Take advantage of the following services for no additional fee: Pay online with your checking account, savings account, or credit card. Sign up for E-Billing to have an invoice sent to your email, and track your usage to see how water usage can impact your bills.

Pay by Phone

You can now pay your monthly bill over the phone with a credit card for no fee by calling (888) 510-0606. Please have your bill ready as you will need the customer account number and CID number.
Listen for the prompt and follow the directions to make a secure payment. We accept Mastercard, Visa, and Discover.

Pay by Mail

You can also pay by check or money order through the mail. Include the bottom of your bill to expedite payment processing. To improve payment processing time, we use a lockbox service in Hermitage. Please make checks payable to “Capital Region Water.”

Drive-thru Payment

Customers can pay monthly bill via our customer service drive-thru located at 3003 N. Front Street, Harrisburg, Pa 17110. Payment can be made by cash or check. Credit payments & Rolled coins cannot be accepted.

Pay by MoneyGram

Capital Region Water has partnered with MoneyGram to provide convenient payment locations. Simply take your bill, your customer account information, and the payment to a participating location convenient to you.
