In an emergency, Capital Region Water can send messages via telephone, text message, and email to quickly inform you of potential water concerns.
Using the Everbridge Alert System, we can send all of our alerts straight to your device. Notifications include:
- Boil water advisories
- Water main breaks
- Street maintenance
How It Works
When we issue a notification about a potential water concern, you will receive a message on your phone. Once you receive the notification, you can confirm that you have received the message, and we won’t contact you again regarding that particular alert.
If you do not confirm, the system will continue to attempt to reach you by all contact paths you have registered.
