BID RESULTS: TIMBER PRODUCT HARVEST/SALE, DEHART PROPERTY
Capital Region Water, in partnership with Appalachian Forest Consultants, LLC, invited members of the forest product industry to inspect and place a bid to purchase certain designated timber products standing within defined forest tracts and stands owned by Capital Region Water. Bids were opened on November 7, 2024.
Bid results as received on Thursday, November 7, 2024:
- King’s Sawmill, LLC $25,290.00
- All Terrain Logging $17,500.00
BID REQUEST: AWTF PRIMARY CLARIFIERS REHABILITATION PROJECT
CAPITAL REGION WATER will receive bids via PennBid™ for the Advanced Wastewater Treatment Facility Primary Clarifier Rehabilitation Project until, Tuesday, October 3rd, 2024, at 3:00PM (EST), at which time bids will be opened. Any Bid received after said date and time will not be opened.

The Contract includes the rehabilitation of the primary clarifier concrete tanks, equipment replacement, and all other work identified in the contract Documents. The Work includes all materials, equipment, labor, necessary apparatuses, and other miscellaneous labor and materials as contemplated by the Contract Documents.
