Capital Region Water follows the procedures and Schedule of Fees of the Pennsylvania Office of Open Records Right-to-Know Law. Complete and return the Right-to-Know request form to submit your request.
There may be fees associated with providing Right-to-Know requests. Please see the fee schedule for more information.
Unless specifically requested, responses will be provided in electronic format via email at no expense to the requester.
